Our Story

My name is Cezary Kurczyński. For more than 20 years, I have been professionally trading premium wines with both business and private clients. The idea of establishing a distillery first emerged nearly six years ago. The original concept focused on producing mid-range vodka with the option of custom packaging for professional distributors and resellers.

For various reasons, the project was delayed. During that time, the realities of the alcohol industry changed dramatically, and the original concept evolved into a commitment to achieving the highest possible quality.

Piotr Kurczyński, who is responsible for our spirits, is my son. He helped build the distillery from the ground up and eventually left his studies at the Military University of Technology to devote his full attention to spirit production.

Our story is still being written. Become a part of it.

At just 21 years of age, he modified and reprogrammed several devices used for small-scale spirit production, built additional equipment himself, and developed all of our production procedures and recipes. Through countless experiments and trials, our unique flavored expressions were created.

All production is carried out in small 10-liter vessels using elevated temperatures and ultrasonic extraction techniques.

We do not have a long and legendary history. We are a young and emerging producer. While a lack of decades of experience may be seen as a disadvantage, it is also one of our greatest strengths: a fresh mindset open to new technologies and possibilities, driven by curiosity, focused on quality, and attentive to consumer feedback.
